We’re really pleased to welcome Bethan John and Anna Mounteney as Cwm Arian’s new Communications Coordinators.

They join us at an exciting time, as we continue to grow our work across the Preseli area and strengthen relationships with the communities we support. Together, Bethan and Anna will be helping to share the stories at the heart of Cwm Arian — from renewable energy and community land projects to local skills, culture and grassroots action.
“I’m really happy to be joining Cwm Arian and overseeing communications. I’ve loved discovering the amazing initiatives happening across the community and exploring how Cwm Arian can best support and grow this work.”— Anna Mounteney
“I’m really excited to be joining the Cwm Arian team at a time when we’re looking to strengthen our relationships across our communities. I can’t wait to share the inspiring stories of people — our neighbours, friends and families — who do so much to support our communities, our culture and the places we love.”— Bethan John
As we welcome Bethan and Anna, we’d also like to take a moment to say a huge thank you to Heather Sanderson, our former Communications Coordinator, for her fantastic work and the care, energy and commitment she brought to the role.
We’re delighted that Heather has joined our Board of Directors, alongside Gerry O’Brian, another former member of staff. It’s wonderful that both Heather and Gerry are staying closely involved with Cwm Arian, and that we can continue to benefit from their experience, insight and enthusiasm as we move forward.
We’re really looking forward to this next chapter — strengthening our communications, sharing more local stories, and continuing to support community-led action across the area.
