PROJECT COORDINATOR AND ENERGY ASSESSOR

 

We’re looking for a friendly, approachable person to help spread the word about our free home energy advice services. This is a fairly relaxed role, ideal for someone who enjoys chatting with people, attending local events, and making a difference in their community. 

You don’t need to be an energy expert; just someone who’s passionate about helping others and comfortable speaking with the public. Training and support will be provided.

HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR  

 

We’re looking for someone to take on a central role in supporting the well being and smooth running of the team at Cwm Arian. As Human Resources Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to person for all staff-related matters, from checking timesheets and writing contracts to responding to HR questions and maintaining up-to-date policies.

You’ll play a key part in shaping a supportive working culture, ensuring processes are clear, staff feel heard, and safeguarding responsibilities are upheld. This role suits someone who’s organised, approachable, and committed to making a positive difference behind the scenes.

Community Apple Pressing Service - Freelance Project Coordinator

 

We are looking for someone to coordinate the apple pressing events in 2025. This involves
coordinating events with communities, recruiting volunteers, getting the word out, managing
logistics in the run-up an being present on the day.
This role needs a motivated, well organised individual who is adept at working alone and as part
of a team. Most events will be held on weekends, so availability over the autumn will be
important​​
