PROJECT COORDINATOR AND ENERGY ASSESSOR
We’re looking for a friendly, approachable person to help spread the word about our free home energy advice services. This is a fairly relaxed role, ideal for someone who enjoys chatting with people, attending local events, and making a difference in their community.
You don’t need to be an energy expert; just someone who’s passionate about helping others and comfortable speaking with the public. Training and support will be provided.

NYFER AM BYTH PROJECT OFFICER
This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of the Afon Nyfer (River Nevern) catchment. As Project Officer, you’ll lead the final phase of a two-year community consultation, turning local input into a practical catchment management plan. You’ll engage with key bodies like NRW, Dŵr Cymru, and the National Park to gain their support and drive action, while staying connected with the community. The role also includes project coordination, reporting to funders, and seeking future funding to extend the project. Funded for up to 2 days a week until December 2025, with flexibility and potential for longer-term work.

HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR
We’re looking for someone to take on a central role in supporting the well being and smooth running of the team at Cwm Arian. As Human Resources Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to person for all staff-related matters, from checking timesheets and writing contracts to responding to HR questions and maintaining up-to-date policies.
You’ll play a key part in shaping a supportive working culture, ensuring processes are clear, staff feel heard, and safeguarding responsibilities are upheld. This role suits someone who’s organised, approachable, and committed to making a positive difference behind the scenes.

CASUAL VACANCY ~ ENERGY SERVICES PROMOTION
Join our Energy team this summer to help promote home energy services at events across West Wales—from large shows to local coffee mornings. You'll chat with householders about ways to improve energy efficiency, cut bills, and reduce carbon emissions. No experience needed, just a willingness to learn and confidence in talking to people. This casual role runs until August 2025, with the potential for future opportunities.
