CARE started out on a quest to put up a turbine near Llanfyrnach in North Pembrokeshire,

to answer the local community’s desires… and in the meantime, we have been working with other communities, businesses and individuals across North Pembrokeshire; sharing what we have learned along the way, to help build resilience to the changing economy and the changing environment, through community action and enterprise.
