We are delighted to welcome Caz Wyatt back to the Cwm Arian team as she returns from maternity leave.
If you haven’t met Caz yet, she previously worked with us on the Hwb Dysgu'r Tir land-learning centre project. Among many other brilliant things, she’s the creative mind behind the layout and design of the CoedUNO agroforestry demonstration site in Tegryn, where she led volunteers to plant up the land, put in fencing and initial infrastructure.
Caz adds,
"I’ve worked on a number of projects at Cwm Arian, but most notable was designing and planting up the Agroforestry site at CoedUNO —which has now become the first ever agroforestry site to be part of the National Forest for Wales!"
This time around, Caz is stepping into a brand-new role. She’s joining forces with Naomi Hope as our new Fundraising Officer, helping us secure the resources we need to keep our community projects growing.
We are incredibly proud of the lasting impact Caz has already made on our local landscape, and we feel so lucky to have her skills, energy, and vision back on board to help grow our impact through securing additional funding. Having her expertise back in the team is a massive boost for everything we want to achieve together.
We caught up with Caz to find out a bit more about her journey so far and what life looks like outside of work, in her own words:
"I’ve been on maternity leave for the past year to spend time with my twins, Isabelle and Isaac. Isabelle loves dogs and dancing, and Isaac is happiest watching the chickens and eating lamb ribs! When I’m not working at Cwm Arian, you’ll usually find me in the veggie garden at my off-grid smallholding, or hanging out with my sheep."
Croeso nôl, Caz! Please join us in giving her a wonderfully warm welcome back!

Congratulations to Caz on returning in a new role! It's always inspiring to see dedicated professionals continue making a positive impact in care services. Stories like this also help answer the question, What Is Home Health Care by highlighting the importance of compassionate support and experienced caregivers.
