New Local Service for Energy Performance Certificates

Are you looking to rent, sell or build a property in Pembrokeshire or South Ceredigion?

If so, it's vital that you have a valid Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) and our newly launched service can take the hassle out of getting one.

Here at Cwm Arian, a community benefit society based in North Pembrokeshire, our expert energy team can now provide EPCs, through our partner Cartrefi Clyd, as part of the range of services that we offer.

The cost of our EPC service is usually between £90-£120, depending on the size of the property, and is available to people living within a 30-mile radius of Crymych, North Pembrokeshire. The price includes an EPC survey, EPC lodgement, certificate, and travel.

Cwm Arian has a range of energy support services for households, local small businesses, and community spaces across West Wales – from providing free quick fixes that lower bills and keep homes warmer, to supporting a switch to renewables.

Our partner, Cartrefi Clyd, provides a free retrofit assessment and report on your property. They then offer further support to gather quotations and help you complete your retrofitting works via Green Homes Wales, which is part of The Development Bank of Wales and is funded by the Welsh Government.

Green Homes Wales provides interest free loans of up to £25,000 and access to further grants and funding to pay for your retrofitting works. For more information and to register an interest, please visit The Development of Wales website
