An Action Plan for Glouge, Hermon and Llanfyrnach was agreed at a public meeting held on 15th September 2004, following the circulation of the Action Plan to households in the communities of Glogue, Hermon & Llanfyrnach.

The original action plan was then followed by a progress review in March 2007, and the Cwm Arian Action Plan in March 2010.
